"This loft apartment #316 worked well for me. I didn’t need anything fancy, but wanted to be near UMiami and the beach. Staff are very kind and in office till 5pm. Gave us a discount on bike rentals. Switched our room right away because air conditioner wasn’t working in original loft room. No toiletries provided. WiFi did not work well so I had to go to a coffee shop daily. The place was clean, all door locks worked, shower had warm water, free parking, and has an elevator."

"Very nice hotel located near cruise port. Room was nice and clean. Staff were also friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again."

"I must say this hotel was really nice, from the valet, the inviting smell when you walk in to the friendly staff i would definitely stay here again.. They were very accommodating with late check out and holding our bags as well when our cruise was delayed."

"It was a bait and switch false advertisement con job - “condo” was literally just a hotel room with a minibar and microwave “kitchen” I was charged $1,000 for 5 nights and despite leaving the next morning and the owner agreeing to a somewhat reasonable discount, I got nothing back."

"The place was perfect and the staff was very friendly!! The bed was good too. I would definitely stay here again"

"Parfait! Communication et service excellents. Situation parfaite."

"Everything good! So happy on this stay."

"Perfect stay. Clean, quiet and just perfect if you just need a place to sleep. We were out and about most of the day. It was nice to come to a quiet hotel at the end of a long day!"

"Perfect"

"Excelente servicio , facilidades mi limpias"

"Excellent for our one night stay before a cruise. Conveniently located near shopping center for needs we may have forgotten. It was clean and spacious and staff was very pleasant, event during our late arrival. I would stay here every time I’m heading to Port Miami."
