"Super"

"Wife and I stayed two nights at Hotel Family in mid-October, and had an exceptional experience. The street address is Dejzina Bikica, Sarajevo, but the entrance is actually down a side street at the opposite end of the building, away from Dejzina Bikica. There are several parking spaces facing nose-in along that street frontage. While searching for the entrance we were greeted at the upper end of the facility by Esmir. "رائعة"

"We chose this location because of proximity to the bus station. Was easy to get to. The staff were helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed the breakfast selection."

"It was nice hotel to stay"

"للاسف ندمت اني سكنت بالفندق، صحيح هو معتمد من فئة ٥ نجوم لكن لايوجد لديه أي متطلبات لتحقيق هذه الفئة، زراة لن أكررها."

"The room was dirty and stuffy, with no fresh air at all. There were hairs from the previous guest still on the bed sheets, which clearly hadn't been changed. After a 16-hour journey, all I wanted was a hot shower and some sleep, but there wasn't even any hot water. This is truly a place you should not stay at."

"The room has a very profound smell and is very humid for some reason. Even the floor is damp. There was also a large spider in our room. Its location is not good at all and it’s very hard to get anywhere."

"Fabulous modern large villas with 5 large bedrooms all bedrooms with private on suites (bathrooms), large lounge room, well equipped kitchen and superb 5 star hotel linen, and to top it all off exceptional clean and well maintained - with only a 15 minute drive into the heart of Sarajevo centre, yet surrounded by mountains and greenery, a total relaxation concept."
