"The place was perfect for our stay. The purpose of our trip was for a golf tournament and the house was very close to the course (1 minute drive). In addition, the course was really close to all the main Parker bars (Roadrunner, Foxes, Sundance). We did not utilize the water access during our trip, but the docks were right out front from the community entrance. Bedding was good, pillows a plenty. The two restrooms are nice too with good water pressure for a river trip. We did not utilize the kitchen for cooking, but it looked to have all the cookware, silverware, cups you could need. Richard was communicative and that was really appreciated."
