"This is a great property and great location right on the river. Check In process was seamless and the host was very responsive and attentive. The kitchen was equiped with utensils and spices, although I'd recommend a few more pans for cooking. There was plenty of towels and bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash just in case you forget yours. Overall everything was great and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on the water! "

"This property does not disappoint! Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of comfortable space for all. The owners are super nice, very proactive and responsive. The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. It was 114 degrees during our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The accessible "in-law suite" on the first floor was perfect for my parents to relax and get quiet time away when needed. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready to handle a large group. The game room was an awesome addition for when the wind picked up and the water became choppy. Private dock is very functional and is ready to accept your boat and/or jetski with large bumpers and several cleats to tie up. The pool ended up being a nice calm place to relax during the heat of the day. Lot's of great memories made this trip. Highly recommend this property, we'll definitely be booking again!"
