"We were travelling from England via Vancouver. I would like to see a policy for early arrivals who have appointments near the hotel. Our room was not ready when we arrived very early at 1.00pm, We were not offered a place to store our luggage or freshen up. We returned at 3.00pm and our room was still not available. Pool, hot tub and fridge, microwave inside the room. Plus it’s mere minutes from downtown Trail, where many amenities are. One can never go wrong with choosing Glenwood Inn and Suites."
