"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The Lincoln is located in the heart of Marfa and is great home-base for trips to the McDonald Observatory and Big Bend. My room was a great combination of city cool and desert chic. It's just around the corner from all the must see spots in rhe city. Wull stay there on .y next visit. "

"Our group of 6 chose to stay at Mark's place to be near the BBNP entrance, but that didn't work out quite right for us. Location is ~18 miles down a narrow, winding, lonely road off the main hwy. Then about another 5 miles of dirt road to get to Casa de Chiles. Mark greeted us as we drove up in the early evening. "Excellent location and hard to beat on price. The only quibble is the shower head needs to be swapped out, it's pretty much only allows just a dribble of water to come out. Probably just a hardware/sediment issue."

"My fiancee and I stayed here for several days. The walls are thin and you can hear the outside, but the a/c noise will counter the outside noise. If you are a light sleeper like me, I would recommend a noisemaker if not used to street sounds. The bed was comfortable, pillows were too soft for me (so I travel with my own), and the walking room is just enough. "My wife and I have done Tiny House type stays before and it works for us. The hosts were very nice and responded quickly to the few needs we had. Air conditioning was great and so was the shower. We were visiting family and will use the Casita on Mesita again if we can."
