You will be just a short bike ride to the Stanfield Cutoff where the new bike path will lead you around on the northshore side of the lake! Whether you want to find a place for your family to create beautiful memories together or a group of friends to adventure and unwind in the mountains, this cabin is ideal for any small group.

The quiet roads leading to Relaxation Flats set the atmosphere for a serene getaway, and the large corner lot allows for plenty of outdoor space for your group. Park with ease in the flat driveway.  As you make your way into the cabin you will be greeted with true cabin accents in a quaint open floor plan where the living room, dining room and kitchen all flow together nicely. The living room has a couch, loveseat, and lounge chair offering plenty of separate seating for your group, or the ability to cozy up together and watch your favorite movie on the LARGE Flat Screen Smart TV with Sound Bar while also enjoying a true wood burning fireplace! Make sure to bring your own wood, too!

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need for your stay, including stainless steel appliances and coffee maker. Separating the kitchen and dining area is a bar top perfect for an appetizer spread or family dinner style dishes. The dining table sits in a nook across from the kitchen and is surrounded with windows that allow all the natural light in. An excellent place to gather as a family for a meal or enjoy your morning coffee while you read a book and take in the views of the surrounding soaring pines.

Make your way around the corner from the kitchen to a lower level bathroom that includes a washer/dryer combo to use for your convenience during your stay.  You will also find a door that leads to the outdoor back deck area with an awesome built in pellet grill/smoker as well as a propane BBQ giving you two great options to grill up dinner for your guests. Enjoy the string lights at night guiding your way around to the side deck area where you can feel total relaxation in the Spa! Unwind after a long day of adventures in the hot tub while you stargaze and appreciate the mountain atmosphere to the fullest.

As you head upstairs you have a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and 2 bedrooms each offering their own unique atmosphere. Bedroom 1 is perfect for the kiddos with a Full size bed over Queen size bed nestled in a nook of the loft and an additional Queen size bed. The windows offer views to the front and side yard areas. You will have your own closet to store your belongings during your stay as well as a Smart TV for the kiddos to enjoy their favorite TV shows.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed with solid pine bedroom furniture. The perfect touch of Lake and Fishing decor will have you dreaming of days on the lake. Cozy up at night in your room and enjoy a show on your own Samsung Flat screen TV.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
