Gather around the stone wood-burning fireplace under high wood ceilings, soak in the private hot tub under the pines, and grill on the back deck. Granite kitchen with breakfast bar, King primary suite, two fun log-bunk rooms, Spectrum Wi-Fi up to 500 Mbps and Spectrum Cable, plus a garage. The Village and the lake are about 5 minutes away. Sleeps 8. No pets.



The Space:

This spacious cabin has high knotty-pine ceilings, hardwood floors and an open floor plan.



Living room: comfortable leather seating, a stone wood-burning fireplace and a large TV with Spectrum Cable.



Kitchen: fully equipped, with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, stainless appliances and a dining table.



Primary suite: King bed, large TV, sliding door to the hot tub deck, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower.



Bunk room: two sets of twin-over-twin log bunk beds.



Third bedroom: a log bunk with a queen bed on the bottom and a full on top.



Second bathroom: tub/shower, between the second and third bedrooms.



Outdoors: private hot tub, back deck with propane BBQ and dining area, and a covered front porch.



Also: Spectrum Wi-Fi up to 500 Mbps, washer and dryer, and a garage.

Guest Access:

Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. The whole cabin, hot tub and deck are yours. Parking for up to 3 cars in the garage and driveway, per Big Bear Lake city ordinance (no parking on the street or front yard).



The Neighborhood:

A tranquil side street within walking distance of Snow Summit. The Village and the lake are about a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk.

Walk to Snow Summit. The Village and the lake are a 20-minute walk or about 5 minutes by car or Uber. Snow chains or 4WD may be required in winter.



Other Things to Note:

The fireplace is wood-burning. We don't provide firewood, but it's sold all over Big Bear; Duraflame logs light easily. The BBQ is propane; please check the tank before grilling (exchanges at Walgreens and gas stations). Big Bear has no home trash pickup, so please take trash to the free Garstin Rd trash site (41970 Garstin Rd). At 6,500 feet, the fridge takes 12–24 hours to cool warm items.
