ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a king bed and attached bath. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available. A Rollaway bed is available in the closet.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Cable TVs, along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
