"Absolutely stunning view!! Property is well maintained the couple that run it are lovely people who clearly take pride in their home. We had an awesome stay, it was super cozy with a couch you can just fall asleep on looking at the boats on the water. My hubby and I would definitely stay here again hopefully not for work next time so we have the energy to explore the island."

"The unit that I stayed at was the lower level, one bedroom. Comfortable, clean, modern, well equipped, incredible sunsets, close to the water. Water at the tap is clean and drinkable. Ian & Julie are great hosts. I had a kayak and Ian went out of his way to help me launch my boat. Their son blessed me with a beautiful piece of salmon. I had a great time. The only thing negative I could think of is it can get noisy when a little one is in the upstairs unit. I definitely will be back again. "

"I can’t say enough good things about this place and the hosts. We had an amazing one week stay here. A great deal of thought has went into this very new property. The layout maximizes the view, the light and privacy. Everything in it shows the care with which it has been appointed. The furniture, bed and bedding are all excellent. The kitchen is better described as curated than equipped, with carefully selected appliances, particularly the coffee maker. Many holiday rentals are kitted out with a single Costco trip, functional but very ordinary. Here, it is the exact opposite, everything was selected with care for guest’s comfort and enjoyment. The beach access is as described and we saw whales from the deck every day (humpbacks and orcas). My favorite feature is the sliding glass wall on the front which turns the deck and the living room into one. We’ll be back!"

"Beautiful grounds in an amazing location.Very skilled carpenters built this place . Our suite was spacious and had wondeful views from both decks.As for the kitchen in our suite 9 forks, 1 knife, no small spoons poorly organised to say the least ."

"Beautiful outside space, seating, bbq and vista from terrace complete the inside area, which is very well thought out and conceived. Suited us very well and hosts were very helpful with information and tips to help us maximise our enjoyment but not at all intrusive. Bonus to watch the bald eagles nesting on the island and seals playing in the waters in front of their deck. Hope to be back as really enjoyed Quadra and this space to stay in. Thanks Michelle."

"Beautiful home with great view of Heriot Bay. We stayed in same house last year. Tina has made a number of improvements to an already beautiful house. Patio really nice with great view. No laundry or hot tub available due to island water restrictions, but not really an issue. Definitely recommend "
