"Six adult family members enjoyed this beautiful and recently renovated home in July 2022. Pleasant and accommodating hosts made renting this home easy. Multiple bedrooms and as many sparkling bathrooms accompanied a fully equipped and comfortable living space. And the view! Huge windows open up to a 180° view of village rooftops, green valleys and soaring mountain peaks. The view itself was worth the trip. A short, pleasant, 10 minute walk accesses restaurants and markets in the lovely Cauterets...

"Cirque de Gavarnie, Cauterets , Barèges, Lourdes, val dAzun, col du Soulor, lac D Estaing, Argeles Gazost bien sûr avec ses thermes, son casino, son parc et la Forge,un bon restaurant .... Avons eu très beau temps au début et moyen ensuite, très peu de pluie."

The views are stunning. One point to note: the pool is shared with another gîte, not private. The region is beautiful, lots to do around the gîte "

"We stayed there for a one week cycling trip. The chalet is perfectly equipped. All new and clean. The view from the terrace is great and soul soothing. Location is perfect to explore some of the big mountains without having to use the car. The host is super responsive. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is in the beautiful picturesque town of Cauterets. The home is clean and comfortable and the views of the mountains were spectacular. We stayed 3 nights and hiked 2 days, one to Lake Gaube which was a beautiful alpine lake. The second day we hiked from a trail head within walking distance of the home. Etienne gave us recommendations for a nice restaurant right at the waterfalls. But we missed lunch service by about 30 minutes. Would definitely stay here...

"We had an awesome stay. The houses are brand new built. Embedded in nice landscape gardening. Close to the next village, just across the river. The host is very nice and we would love to come back."

"Bonjour. Le descriptif des couchages et chambres n'est pas conforme. Lave vaisselle en panne. A 14 personnes sur une semaine, ce n'est pas des vacances ! Logement salle. Équipements manquants."
