"Bonjour. Le descriptif des couchages et chambres n'est pas conforme. Lave vaisselle en panne. A 14 personnes sur une semaine, ce n'est pas des vacances ! Logement salle. Équipements manquants."

"Le chalet est bien situé proche des pistes et du centre de la station. Équipement ménager, vaisselle , électroménager … très bien. l’accès à l’entrée du chalet était très difficile car beaucoup de neige gelée (glace) et rien n’avait été déblayé. De plus pas de pelle au chalet pour le faire nous-mêmes (emprunt à des voisins ). Propreté moyenne : cuisine , salle de bain ok. Aspirateur à passer en arrivant car une dizaine de mouches crevées au sol. Alèses des lits en tissus (pas jetables) et … pas...

"Chalet d'excellent standing, très agréable à vivre et idéalement situé au coeur de la vallée d'Ossau, à quelques minutes de Laruns pour y acheter tous les bons produits régionaux, et à 30-45 min des différents départs de magnifiques randonnées. "Nothing to dislike, this was the best hotel I have ben to for a long time. It is set apart from the main area of Canfranc Estacion and has a unique history. The decor is wonderful, especially the ceilings. Comfortable room, excellent dining. Lovely friendly, attentive and professional staff. "

"Beautiful hotel, our room was great. Only issue was internet was nearly impossible to log into. We had to ask desk staff several times to assist and finally night before leaving we were able to get ipads on system. There was no password given to guests, shouldn't be this hard to get internet service on devices. Finally desk staff did something on their computer for us, said wait 15 min, but took about an hour to get wifi on devices. Staff at desk tried, but this needs to be fixed on a higher level."
