Fanstastic 2BDRM Biella Center!
Beautiful apartment it is on 2nd floor. Which is the 3rd floor account ground floor is floor 0. There is no elevator. Unlocking the door is a little tricky. But following instructions helps.Plenty of stores and restaurants in the area.The apartment was very clean and equipped very well.
