"A wonderful dog friendly stay! The hosts are incredible and very friendly. The breakfast is plentiful, come hungry. The afternoon cake was a very nice and welcome touch. Ample parking as well, which can be a pain in Instow generally."

"Enjoyable stay at what is perhaps best described as a fantastic restaurant with rooms. The restaurant overlooks the water and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. However our room was landside, with only a view of Irsha Street. Although small, the room and facilities were excellent. Fresh milk in the fridge is always much appreciated by us tea drinkers."

"The cottage was perfect and an incredible place to stay. It was like living at home with everything you could ever need. It is set in beautiful countryside with a wonderful garden providing so much fun for the children. We were a group of 6 adults and five children including a 5 week old baby and a dog. There was so much to see and do but if we wanted to go out the beaches and towns were a short drive away. The house is full of games and toys and outside sports equipment and you have never seen so many books to read - it was like living in a library! Tom, the host, was so kind and helpful and made the whole stay so enjoyable. We would love to come again!"

"It was quintessentially British. Beautiful location over the estuary. Very traditional British home and garden with stunning views . The host was lovely. Everything was ready.There is two pubs at the end of the street Would recommend. Thank you Stephanie for letting us use your home for the week. The welcome bottle was such a lovely touch. Thank you"
