Parking: On street parking is available a short walk from the property, either along the road near the property or the road running parallel. There is a public car park around 300 metres from the property - subject to availability, charges apply.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 10 working days of your departure.
