"Easy check in/out. Attentive staff. Clean. Other places in same area were easy double the price, but this is no frills. No hairdryer. Bathroom is pretty much in the room, which was a little weird, but no big deal for hubby and I. Easy walk to Bayfront Park. Would come back."

"Enjoyed our stay in this 3BR 2BA house very close to Brickell area in Miami. House was clean and well equipped. Main floor master has king sized bed; 2 upstairs BR have 1 queen and 2 twin bunk beds respectively. There was also a den with a trundle bed off the living room. Great place for families. "

Lights are aggressively bright but non of these things ruined the trip. Would definitely stay here again. The back yard is a great place to hang out."
