"We were a group of 7 moms and kids who traveled from WI to Miami for spring break. The kids loved the property with the heated pool and plenty of outdoor fun for kids. The place was nice and any issues we had upon arrival were quickly addressed. There is only room for two vehicles for parking. Two of the "bedrooms" are also in the added-on space which used to be a garage and only have one point of entry/exit with no windows. We also felt a little uncomfortable with the amount of outdoor cameras...

"The check in was great, but the place definitely needs a renovation. It was clean inside, all the amenities you could want. We did not have time to use the swimming pool but it looked clean when we arrived. I hope the place will get a good remodeling done. "

"The location and setting was beautiful and the main reason we chose it was because not everyone in our family likes to stay at the beach all day. Everyone loved the easy access to enjoy the beach or the many shaded areas with a beautiful view. Our family loved the privacy with the private beach and outdoor spaces. We would definitely rebook! There were some kitchen appliances that needed fix but we chose to eat out most meals. Overall the location and amenities made it one of the best vacation...

"Only 2 things of suggestion on this property. First a taller mattress or box spring because as a 6 foot guy you constantly keep hitting the wood frame because the mattress is thinner. The second thing is exterior back was super overgrown weeds. This is an active community and can be a little noisy late but this isn't something the owner can help. Arlet was super helpful even when the app wasn't working correctly. I would stay again if ever back down in that direction. "
