"Staff was very professional and helpful. We had an issue with our heat/AC unit and fridge and staff member did not hesitate to move us to a more comfortable room. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom was spotless- this place just has everything you need for a simple, quiet, affordable, clean stay. Breakfast was great. Just enough to get the day started. Eggs, corned beef hash, sausage and gravy, pastries, pancakes, hard boiled eggs, fruit, etc. Coffee, tea, juices, etc. We were a little leery when we realized we were sandwiched between the highway. With the unit running, it really it not affect us at all. Thank you, Lancaster Suites!"

"Hotel was not very clean, when i booked the room i chose a room with a tub for my son apparently the web site was never updated because they no longer have tubs, no elevator for those that have a hard time with steps"
