"My Wife and daughter checked in later in the evening. Front Desk staff was kind enough to arrange baggage drop off to the room. Upon going into the Room, we found out someone else was already in the room and sleeping. We were rushed out of the room and allocated another room. How can a property issue same room to 2 different Guests."

"Full staff including front desk. Cafeteria. Manager. Housekeeper staff .was amazing. I am hotel owner came from USA 🇺🇸. And the staff in this Hotel staff making me more think about my hotel. Thank you Marriott staff .we see you soon . Specially one of supervisors she did amazing Farewell formality for my American friend and me too. Took pictures with us . It was so amazing. Thank you for that . "
