"totally misrepresented on the website. photos from years ago lead one to believe. it's a functioning hotel. paid a ridiculous amount to fund the upcoming renovation. i would expect a refund. highlights: dirty carpet in room, horrible unhygienic repair work in shower, dank and uncared for. reception is a mess, public area look like a doss house. walls peeling... breakfast was meagre and tasteless the WiFi worked, amazing"

"We had an exceptional stay at the Hyatt Regency, thanks entirely to the amazing staff who went above and beyond at every turn. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, genuine, and attentive. The team’s professionalism and care truly made us feel at home. Special thanks to Vanshika, Tanvi, Yamini, Deepak, Tulsi, Krunal, Binay, and Abhishek — each of them made our stay extra special with their kindness and dedication. We've stayed at many hotels around the world, but the level of personal service we received here truly sets Hyatt Regency apart. Highly recommend, and we can't wait to return! "

"The hotel was excellent The club room access was good Only problem was Expedia charged for breakfast in the club room which was complimentary so we were overcharged by Expedia The hotel was not at fault and I would strongly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return but will not book with Expedia again "

"Definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. One word review - AVOID! I had a week's stay here. The rooms are the worst part here. The bed was not comfortable and the AC! The AC does not offer cooling as expected. Takes ages to cool and approx. 300 sq.ft. room. Which is laughable and frustrating. We even changed rooms but the same thing. The maintenance guy said the AC functions similarly across all rooms. Had to complaint everyday about it. They have separated the bath and toilet making both units too small to utilize. The washroom is badly designed. There are no hooks to keep your clothes. They also don't provide a hand towel separately. You have to ask for it. All the carpets either in rooms or in the passage are all quite dirty. Room cleaning was done regularly which was a good part. They do not understand the meaning of Do No Disturb. If you turn on DND, they will call you on your mobile asking for room cleaning. Food is average but had good varieties. Had better in 3-star hotels. Avoid booking a room here even if you are getting discounts from aggregators."
