"The room is adequate. We did not purchase breakfast. There is a nice coffee/espresso machine in the lobby. Amid the “Omega Heatwave”, the A/C went out, but the evening desk agent responded within 45 minutes to move us to another room, and let us keep the original room as well so we wouldn’t have to move our clothes late at night. Hotel is in front of a train stop and there was a nice restaurant just around the corner. I would recommend this hotel."

"Hier ist eine professionelle und authentisch klingende Rezension: Das RiKu Hotel Göppingen hat mich auf ganzer Linie überzeugt. Das Hotel ist sehr leicht zu finden und liegt hervorragend – der Bahnhof ist in etwa 2 Gehminuten erreichbar, ebenso die Innenstadt und der Marktplatz in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Damit ist es sowohl für Geschäftsreisende als auch für einen Städtetrip ideal gelegen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das den Aufenthalt von Anfang an angenehm gestaltet hat. Die Zimmer sind modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und bieten einen sehr hohen Komfort. Das Badezimmer war makellos sauber und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein echtes Plus für Geschäftsreisende ist die durchdachte technische Ausstattung: Dank HDMI- und USB-C-Anschluss am Fernseher konnte ich meinen Laptop ohne Adapter direkt anschließen – eine Funktion, die man leider viel zu selten findet. Auch die mechanischen Außenjalousien sorgen zusammen mit der leistungsstarken Klimaanlage für ein angenehmes Raumklima und einen erholsamen Schlaf, selbst an warmen Tagen. Insgesamt ein modernes, sehr sauberes Hotel mit durchdachter Ausstattung, perfekter Lage und exzellentem Service. Ich komme bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Göppingen definitiv wieder."
