"Staff were very helpful and friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful and filling. Location is convenient for shopping, restaurants & public transportation. About 800m or so from Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof. Our only gripe was the AC not working well & even in the fan mode there was barely any air coming out. The temperature outside was high during the length of our stay & our room would have been a good place to cool down. They did send someone to check the AC (who didn’t speak English at all) but didn’t resolve the issue. Overall, 4 out of 5."

"I keep coming back to this hotel for the spa access. The sauna is incredible and the late check out option for an extra fee was the best for a late flight. Love this hotel. Easy check in and check out"

"The staff at the front desk/bar are fantastic. They learn your names and your preferences and strive to accommodate your needs. It was great having laundry facilities in the building! (Although the lighting could be brighter in the laundry room! It looks very black, sleek and stylish but I think it was designed by someone who doesn’t do their own laundry. I had to use my phone flashlight to be sure I didn’t leave anything behind 😂)"
