"Accessible to many sites, but you'll need a vehicle, if you want flexibility. Bus schedule to/from town is limited. During our stay we visited Montreux, Chateau Chillon, Berne, Martigny, Lac D'Emosson and Geneva on day trips. (Glacier 3000 as well, but wouldn't recommend that one...there are way better ways to view a glacier!). Chalet was very traditional and pretty comfortable, but would've been a little small for our group of 7 if we had long periods of rain. Doorways are for short people!...
