"LOVED the property! This was the first time the room was much larger and grander than the photos online. I would estimate 1000 square feet. The ceilings were absolutely stunning and were original from 500 years ago. The bathroom was huge with a fabulous shower. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety and high-quality food with fresh eggs from their farm, including delicious baked goods. Not only do I highly recommend, we hope to be back sometime soon. Arrivederci Montepulciano! Ciao"

"Great location. Amazing terrace. Would stay here again"

"Parking directions were not given and that is critical in this area- park at p6 2nd floor reserved. Prefers communication via WhatsApp. Contact them for current instructions- once we got them no problem. Excellent location. 5-7 min up and down hill walk so you need to be mobile."

"Ottimo agriturismo silenzioso con persone molto gentilissime "

Todo estaba muy limpio, cómodo y bien cuidado. Además, nos encantó el hermoso detalle que nos dejaron al llegar; fue un gesto muy especial que nos hizo sentir bienvenidas. Sin duda, un lugar con muchísimo encanto al que volveríamos felices."

"Location incantevole. Appartamento pulitissimo, dotato di tutto quello che serve. Accoglienza e soggiorno molto piacevoli."

"We had such a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and there are 4 different outdoor seating areas, all of which had views of the olive groves surrounding the villa. Our favorite was the rooftop terrace with views of the countryside and hilltop towns. It is exceptionally peaceful and quiet. We took a short walk to the town of Farnetella. The larger town of Sinalunga has restaurants and grocery stores and is a 10 minute drive. We also did a day trip to Sienna. The host was very friendly and gave a...
