Resort bello soprattutto in estate con piscima ed idromassaggio, palestra nel giardino e ampie zone relax all'aperto. Campetto da calcetto polivalente. Struttura nuova parcheggio a pagamento ma comodo. Stanza non molto ampia ma con bagno moderno e bel balcone sul giardino. Letto comodo e 4 cuscini. Con il parcheggio è compreso l'uso del frigobar

Un superbe hôtel isolé dans la verdure dans un cadre splendide, soigné et plein de charme. Personnel adorable, très attentif. Di qualità ma servizio pessimo

Il cibo è ottimo ,ma è un'attrazione per fare soldi tant'è che non ti comunicano neanche che paghi 9 euro di parcheggio e lo sai solo al check-in.. lentissimi nel servizio della ristorazione. All'arrivo non si capisce nemmeno l'entrata e non c'è nessuno fino all'indomani per fare un pagamento..

Very nice place and the staff is very attentive. Just one thing; you can't go freely outside since they have a gate that must be opened by the owner. Also there is a curfew of midnight otherwise you will pay 25 euros per hour if you exceed the time.

Mooi resort voor kort verblijf.

Mooi design resort. Alles in dezelfde witte style. Kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. De kamers zijn wel ingericht voor een kort verblijf, weekend of midweek. Door een gebrek aan opbergruimte bij een langer verblijf uit koffer leven. De serviceverlening is uitstekend. Iedereen staat klaar. De schoonmaak is prima. Ook de tuinen/zwembad zijn prima onderhouden. Toch zijn er wel wat aanbevelingen. De organisatie van de werkzaamheden kan professioneler. Daarmede worden regelmatige vermijdbare missers bij schoonmaak e.d. voorkomen. Ook de ontbijtservice die op zich prima is, kan nog wel een professioneringsslag gebruiken. Je merkt dat de aanwezige krachten onvoldoende horeca-ervaring hebben. Een training op dat vlak kan ook deze service op een hoger niveau brengen. Het resort heeft alles in zich om een vijfsterrenhotel te worden. Dat lukt niet alleen met uitsluitend een mooie accommodatie.

A unique property in spacious, beautifully kept grounds on the outskirts of Arezzo. Very modern rooms, powerful shower and the bedding is of high quality. It has a steam room and a sauna in the basement area and a Silent room with 2 massage chairs which give an all encompassing body massage which is both relaxing and invigorating. The dining area is beautifully laid out and where breakfast is served along with a seasonal 3/4 course dinner made with local and organic products. The owners, Paolo and Barbara, are rightly proud of what they have created and along with their staff, make your stay a very pleasant one.

Lovely resort and perfect host.

Booked for a one night stay, not realizing that this was an actual spa/resort. Paolo the owner greeted us and was a real pleasure. He is very enthusastic about his property and offered us a full tour. The property is stunning. A bit out of the way from downtown Arezzo, but is definitely worth a visit. I would stay again and recommend now that I have a full scope of the services offered. Booking the property online, we were more looking for a place to lay our head for the night and in hindsight wish we knew more about the properties amenities.

In una parola: Eccezionale! Prenotato per necessità all'ultimo momento. La stanza molto confortevole. Arredamento moderno e funzionale. Ottima pulizia della camera , del bagno e letto comodo. Paolo il titolare cordialissimo dal check-in fino alla partenza. Per colazione non fatevi sfuggire l'uovo soffiato.
