"Wonderful "

"The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We cannot say enough good about how wonderful they were. Coming from the U.S., we may have made some assumptions and had unrealistic expectations of a hotel in London. The room was smaller than we are used to. We expected a room with 2 twin beds and a full size bed to have space between each bed; the twin beds were pushed together with only a small space between the full bed and twin. Although there was a cubbie/shelf area with a hanger bar, there was no closet or dresser to unpack into. We assumed that there would be wash cloths in addition to the towels provided. The towels were only changed once in our 6 night stay. Although we did not bring this to the attention of the staff, our daughter slept on top of the covers and used an airplane sleep pillow as the sheets on her bed had a stain on them or were dirty. The website indicated that the hotel has a/c. Upon check-in we were told that there is normally a daily fee for a/c; however, this fee was waived because they were having a heatwave during our stay. The hotel was conveniently located about a 10 minute to the tube station which was necessary as the location was far from London tourist areas."

"Friendly staff, Lovely and clean and fresh, comfy bed & Pillows, Air conditioning lovely, as it was 36degrees outside!, offer a complimentary breakfast, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, safe and a fridge also, couldn't fault it! A little noisy due to busy area, couldn't hear much once we put our earplugs in though. Would recommend, great to get to Alexandra palace, train station short walk away. Will absolutely stay here again!"

"Great service. Each room is based on a different designer. Very cool. So spacious. Rooftop is dope, depending on the day and time consider reservations. Each Sunday roast dinner option is delicious! I will be returning. "

"We stayed at the Town Hall while attending SXSW London in June ‘25. The event was based about a mile away between Shoreditch and Hoxton and we could hop on a bus to it and arrive in 10 minutes. Nearby is the sensational Victoria Park and the Sunday Flower Market. Breakfast at the hotel was heaven. Our suite had a full kitchen and the pool and gym are fantastic."

"Safe place to stay while we attended MusicalCon, 24hr desk was very useful as we live quite far from London, right next to Bethnal Green Tube station so it was incredibly convenient for us, also a 10 mins walk to Whitechapel station for the Elizabeth Line. Price was high for what it was - 1 room with a double, a single, and a small bathroom, but the transport links made it absolutely ideal for this visit. "
