"Lovely boutique hotel and my second time staying here. Rooms are very spacious with a kitchen and washing machine. Pool and gym are lovely (pool is heated to a comfortable temp!). Staff were very helpful and friendly (I had an issue with the dryer which they went out of their way to resolve). Overall would recommend. Also very conveniently located and safe to walk around. "

"The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We cannot say enough good about how wonderful they were. Coming from the U.S., we may have made some assumptions and had unrealistic expectations of a hotel in London. The room was smaller than we are used to. We expected a room with 2 twin beds and a full size bed to have space between each bed; the twin beds were pushed together with only a small space between the full bed and twin. Although there was a cubbie/shelf area with a hanger bar, there was no closet or dresser to unpack into. We assumed that there would be wash cloths in addition to the towels provided. The towels were only changed once in our 6 night stay. Although we did not bring this to the attention of the staff, our daughter slept on top of the covers and used an airplane sleep pillow as the sheets on her bed had a stain on them or were dirty. The website indicated that the hotel has a/c. Upon check-in we were told that there is normally a daily fee for a/c; however, this fee was waived because they were having a heatwave during our stay. The hotel was conveniently located about a 10 minute to the tube station which was necessary as the location was far from London tourist areas."

"Great service. Each room is based on a different designer. Very cool. So spacious. Rooftop is dope, depending on the day and time consider reservations. Each Sunday roast dinner option is delicious! I will be returning. "
