"Excellent stay! My husband and I loved staying in the Suite. It was clean and so roomy. I suggest bringing chairs for sitting out front or out back. The facility is so neat with a playground and a pool. The staff was great. Had a great sleep too! Close by eating. North Conway not far. We would definitely go back."

"We have a group of 14 that came and went. The pictures do not show the whole house. We had plenty of space on days even when all 14 of us were there at the same time. Lots of outdoor space and games available. Elizabeth was very fast responding with recommendations and questions. "

"We all stayed during the summer and this location was fantastic! It had everything we could possibly think of and had a great area for us to play lawn games and for the dogs to run around in! "
"Excellent value for your dollar. We stayed in a family room. Things we really liked- quiet, nightlight in bathroom, generous space for luggage by bathroom, hot water galore and great shower pressure. Things we didn't like-Double bed with bunk overhead mattress is a bit uncomfortable. Freezer was not usable due to ice build up. And the 'queen' bed was a double. Enjoyed the hot tub too. All in all we would stay here again."

"Our first rental cancelled a month before our Saturday, and luck was with us when the previous renters for this house cancelled and we were able to snag it! The kitchen is probably the best we've been able to get. We are a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone. 2 fridges is brilliant! The large table was great for meals and games.The rooms were clean and the beds were good with nice bedding. I thought they were comfy, some in my group said too firm. All the towels were good quality, and there was lots of hot water! The house also supplied beach towels with was super convenient. We super appreciated the patio with the hot tub and fire pit right there! Many great memories made.The pond is shallow for a long way and a little reedy, but we had great fun in floats and kayaks. There is a loon nest nearby that we were asked to and happily stayed at least 150ft away from, because the nesting pair had an egg! All in all this was an amazing location and Jim was a pleasure to rent from. It's in our list of return destinations!"
"The house was perfect and made our 3 day stay terrific. We had 4 people and 2 dogs for our stay. The fenced in yard was great and the property was large and private on a quiet road just outside the center of Bethel. We visited the area and ate meals around town. The house rental could not have been easier, got the code to unlock before arriving and had no issues. There were plenty of towels and we did our laundry while there to make our arrival ho.e easier. We will rent this property again!"
