Clean and comfortable. Non lumpy beds and enough pillows! Short rides to good places to eat and sites to see. Only problem- I didn't know how the self check in worked. I didn't know to check my email for directions. Figured it out when I called the number on the outside of the airbnb then I saw that I had a message. The person who called me back was very nice. Definitely would stay there again
Fantastic stay! Affordable, but very nice, highly recommend it.

Although the property was a no host property, it was easy and convenient finding our room. The hot tub was an added bonus, and the area felt very safe. Great barbecue food truck right by the hotel and a very nice little grocery store along with a Circle K across the street. Just would appreciate having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that actually worked in the shower.
Excellent value for your dollar. We stayed in a family room. Things we really liked- quiet, nightlight in bathroom, generous space for luggage by bathroom, hot water galore and great shower pressure. Things we didn't like-Double bed with bunk overhead mattress is a bit uncomfortable. Freezer was not usable due to ice build up. And the 'queen' bed was a double. Enjoyed the hot tub too. All in all we would stay here again.

Neighbours noise until midnight & then again at 1.30 am
The property is in a great location for the Sunday River Resort, restaurants near by as well. Quiet and easy process to stay for a short trip on the mountain. Few hairs in the beds, quite sandy in parking lot that tracks into the hard floors, season plays a factor understandably. Overall great stay!
The room was very nice, well lit, very roomy, and the bed comfortable. Nice. We loved the location and view. Good health food store next door. And, a gas station across the street.
For me a shorter person, the bottom step of the stairway was higher than normal and when wet was slippery. So be careful when stepping down.
A nice, clean location! Close to Sunday river too. It’s nice they do not require a two night stay

This is a nice little motel close to Sunday River. The price is reasonable and the rooms are clean. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear what goes on in the adjacent room. Will likely stay here again mainly due to the price and location.
Drive-up motel entrance so we can go in and out of room close to car and not have steps or lobby to contend with. We could bring our ski gear in easily to room. Very clean, everything we needed, great king mattress, hot water, good heat. You do need earplugs because of the truck traffic that downshift in front of motel, and if you are a light sleeper, it could wake you in the early morning.
