Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs, Wifi. Notes: Shower only, no tub.

Loved sitting on the balcony with coffee and the endless sounds of the waves. The view was spectacular, The Dolphin show was beyond amazing. Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing in every way. The weather for mid October was perfect for sitting on the beach for hours soaking in the rays.

We knew it was after season, the property was great. Easy access to the beach and heated pool. Parking could have been explained a little better and there should be a warning that SUV's with roof boxes will not fit under the garage deck unless you are lucky enough to have a spot with parallel access to the support beams. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the lack of crowds.

Condo was perfect - great location and beautiful views! The communication before our stay was lacking. The cleanliness of the unit was questionable. We found trash stuffed into armchair cushions, crumbs all over the floor, and shampoo smeared on the bathroom walls. This was unacceptable and put a damper on the first day of our vacation, as we had to clean it ourselves. I have reached out about a refund of our cleaning fees and have not gotten any response from vacasa. Disappointing!

Wife and I stayed here for a long holiday weekend and it was perfect for our needs. Easy beach access, great balcony views, quiet, and secure. She used the beautiful aquatic center ( there’s a shuttle) to lap swim. The unit is fully equipped, particularly with kitchen apparatus. It was very clean and comfortable. There’s was a middleman between us and the property owner. VACASA acts as the Sea Colony property manager and there are a few more admin steps required above a usual VRBO rental. This was NOT a problem, just new to us. We will definitely stay again. And, yes, we saw dolphins from the balcony!

As soon as we stepped in the main room the view of the beach and ocean were amazing! Our kids loved sitting out and just looking at the ocean waves and down towards the boardwalk! Very convenient for families go back and snack or get out of the sun before heading back to beach.
