"This hotel was in a great location and a MUCH better price than the seaside choices. The beach was in a very walkable distance as were restaurants, stores and activities. Modern updating inside is evident as the hotel was tastefully decorated, bright and welcoming. Staff were engaged and energetic. The parking was convenient and much cheaper than other hotels. The included breakfast buffet was a good way to start the day."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this Bethany beach house! Nothing is ever perfect, we get it but two things that were bothersome - the house was an oven when we entered and was very musty smelling because no ac on means no air circulation this stagnant air triggered some people's allergies. Windows were opened to air the house out and then it took about 2-3 hours to bring the house down to a comfortable temperature. The main fridge was broken so some of our food wasnot held correctly at temp (ice cream, and other dairy products,) and had to be discarded.Amy, the managing host was able to direct us to a mini fridge which saved the remainder of the food. The next day Amy found a repairman who came the right away and fixed the issue by 1130am.As always, being a rental there was ware and tear but mostly it was a very comfortable stay. The separate bathrooms for each room made it a very convenient stay. For the price, it was a little expensive but all in all it was a nice getaway. ."
