"I the heart of downtown, this is a really great place to stay. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Enough space for what you need to do. The breakfast buffet (extra charge) was actually very tasty and cooked well. The location, just a few minutes walk to the arch and stadium, is ideal. Exercise facilty has several cardio machines and also a large rack of free weights, with space for around a dozen people. Parking is in a garage next door and convenient."

"We had the most wonderful stay at the Four Seasons St. Louis! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely top notch, but what really stood out was how thoughtful and attentive the staff were to our family. We were celebrating our son’s 3rd birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make him feel so special. Coming back to our room to find a birthday cake waiting for him was such a sweet surprise! They also surprised him with a movie night complete with popcorn and candy, which was the perfect added touch and made the weekend even more memorable for him. Every detail was wonderful, the service was exceptional, and our entire family felt so welcomed. It’s those thoughtful little touches that make a stay truly special. We can’t wait to come back to the Four Seasons for our next St. Louis visit!"

"The girl who was working the front desk in 9/12 was rude and not even remotely helpful. She was distracted and at the time had 3 people in line. She didn’t greet anyone and she really seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else but work. The gentleman that work that evening was very friendly and helpful. The property was nice, the rooms are very spacious and clean."
