"They charged me for my room after it was paid for through your site. The deadbolt on the door took insain amount of strenghth to open and close. The tv did not have an option to stream from my phone because it was not connected to their network. "

"I arrived very late due to a canceled flight at the airport. All hotels closer to the airport were sold out. After a long and frustrating delay at the airport, I arrived to find the doors locked. The signage indicates after 11 pm you need a key to enter. I understand that - however - I didn't have a key because I had not checked in. I also called the hotel ahead of time and let them know I would arrive very late because I was waiting on luggage at the airport. When I arrived at the hotel no one was at the front desk. I called 3 times on the house phone and 2 times on the landline using my cell phone. Nothing. I almost left and FINALLY someone came to the front desk and let me in. Very annoying!"

"This house is so cute and comfortable. There were a few minor things that were not completely perfect, but I am still giving the experience 5 stars because the host was amazingly warm and welcoming. I would love to stay here again some time."

"Wonderful property! Safe neighborhood, a playground right across the street. The house was nice. Plenty of room for our crew and fun games in the basement to keep kids entertained. We were about 10 minutes from shopping and food. Very convenient location "
