At first the reception staff were very helpful. However, when they could not fix the problem, they upgraded the issue to a maintenance issue. "GREAT property!!! The coffee machine in the room and the free barista coffee on your way out the door in the morning are AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend this property. I've stayed in a few properties over the last 3 months in Chatswood, and this one is by far the best. Its clean and modern. The staff are very lovely, the towels are fluffy and the bed is extremely comfortable."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kith Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is modern and comfortable, and it’s in a great location. The reason I gave 4 stars is because my room wasn’t cleaned after our first night. After our second night, the room was cleaned, but the bed covers were just thrown over the bed.
