"We had a beautiful room with a large balcony with a view of the mountains. The staff in the hotel were charming and helpful. Breakfasts could be had in your room or the restaurant. There was yoghurt with homemade fruit compote, fruit salad, and delicious rolls and pastries."

"Spectacular balcony views from our room. Hotel check in/out done by 2 different gentleman that were super friendly and helpful. Room was small with only one plug. Twin beds were maybe 8” apart but so easy to put up with for those excellent views. Breakfast was only cold things, nothing hot. Ample choices. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here. As Americans visiting Switzerland for the first time, this property was super unique to us. We had incredible service and felt so welcomed. Just note that there is no TV in the room (who needs it with views like that) and the walk up to the hotel is pretty steep. If we ever come back to this area we will for sure stay here again. "

"We’ve got Eiger view room on the 5th floor, oh my goodness, it was so beautiful. Room was big and everything was perfect. Location is perfect too, it is Just a minute walk from the train station, bus station is just opposite the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby."
