"Located in a forest by a nature trail, this hotel is a seven-minute shuttle drive from the airport. There's a nature trail behind it, a great paved trail. Also, the shuttle can take you to a restaurant and pick you up. They have a list of the restaurants. Great service!"

"Excellent staff! the hotel is in decent shape. This is my second time staying there and I have no complaints other than the air-conditioning smell smells like mold. This is after switching from another own word also at that smell. That’s to be expected in a humid area would imagine some maintenance needs to be done. I would stay here again, though this is a perfect location and again the staff was top-notch."

"The Hyatt Albany Downtown is one of the newest hotels in the area. Not only is it crisp and clean but is located in a great area with great food and pubs nearby. Had a great stay, beds are comfortable, the AC worked great and the staff was amazing. Kudos to Nee Nee and Corey "
