"Rooms are only cleaned at the customer’s request. We asked for fresh towels every day even if the room wasn’t cleaned, but did not get any until the third day. The desk chat was broken and dangerous to sit in. We reported it, but the person at the front desk said the maintenance man was not there. They never fixed it. It’s an adequate place to sleep for the night, so don’t expect any elegance. It’s an older hotel but fine for one night."
