From the moment I arrived, he was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. He made check-in seamless and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and it made a big difference. I also want to give a shoutout to the Willy with the valet team for making my visit so smooth and enjoyable. "This is a great older hotel. The building is older and has an old charm; the reception and restaurant are in one part/building and the rest in an attached high rise next to it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool patio is nice. The breakfast is not included so we didn't partake, but the coffee is complimentary and the restaurant area looked nice. There are a few eateries/bakery/coffee shop and Mexican restaurant across the street. Oh, and the Truist Stadium is an easy walk away. "
