"The breakfast staff Donna was extremely rude to us and treated us bad. Just because we walked in for breakfast and it wasn’t ready she was mad and this is not the way any one should be treated. That is a terrible way for an employee to behave towards customers. "

"Nicely located to Lenox. Friendly greeting and very pleasant overreview of property. I was Upgraded to King room with no charge as hotel wasn't full. Large spacious period decor, with large soaking tub in generous barhriom. Sound travels through hallways, guest rooms and rooms above, as bedroom has areas rugs on hard wood floors. If you are a light sleeper, ask for top floor. "
