We rent our lovingly furnished apartment as a holiday apartment while we are traveling. The apartment has 110sqm and 3 very large rooms (about 26sqm each) with 3.4m high ceilings. The apartment is located in trendy Kiez Friedrichshain. There are countless many bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The nearest S-Bahn station is Ostkreuz (300m). Supermarkets such as the Bio Company, Lidl and a Kaufland are also just 200m away.
The Eastside Gallery (Berlin's former wall) can be reached on foot within 20 minutes or by suburban train 1 stop.
The apartment is fully equipped (u. Cappuccino machine, new dishwasher, new washing machine, internet etc.).
Noteworthy is a high-quality massage chair and the nursery with many toys and children's desk, as well as a bunk bed (which can also be used by adults).

Excellent location and space

The space is wonderful for a family! And the location in Berlin is top notch. Public transport is close, a super market is just down the street, and multiple local restaurants to satisfy all your cravings.

Kurztrip nach Berlin

Alles so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Kommunikation und Wohnungsübergabe mit den Gastgebern. Super Anbindung an den Nahverkehr. Diverse Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten on unmittelbarer Nähe. Einzig eine sehr deutlich vernehmbare Geräuschkulisse (Verkehr etc.) muss akzeptiert werden, die aber Dank Ohrstöpselnutzung bei Nacht ausgeblendet werden kann.

Alles wunderbar

Wir waren eine Woche in Berlin und die Unterkunft war optimal. Nähe Ostkreuz im Viertel Friedrichshain gelegen befinden sich vor Ort viele nette Cafes und Restaurants. Unproblematisch kommt man sehr schnell über das Ostkreuz überall in Berlin hin. Auch ein Fahrradladen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung war super und Vermieter Alex jederzeit zu erreichen und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Grand appartement fonctionnel, bien placé

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le quartier et la proximité de la gare Ostkreuz, le type d'appartement avec des plafonds très hauts, des décorations sympas et des installations fonctionnelles. Propreté de toutes les pièces, excellent accueil par les propriétaires qui nous laissent leur appartement en toute confiance. Avec un bébé d'un an et demi, nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème, les jouets étaient triés et rangés pour pouvoir être utilisés un par un. Le propriétaire, Alex, nous a prêté une chaise haute et un lit parapluie. De plus, il parle français. Si ce n'était aussi loin, on y retournerait bien..

Nette Wohnung in sehr guter Lage.

Wir haben im Oktober für eine gute Woche in der Wohnung gewohnt. Alex war sehr freundlich und bemüht uns mit Tipps zu unterstützen. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und wir haben nicht vermisst. Sogar ein kaltes Bier stand für uns im Kühlschrank. Es gibt keinen Fernseher, was bei einem Städtetrip aber ja meistens nicht stört ;-) Die Betten sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Hochbett (für Erwachsene) knarrt etwas beim rauf und runtergehen, so dass msn die Mitreisenden leicht weckt. Ansonsten hatten wir aber ein sehr schöne Zeit in Berlin. Vielen Dank!

Schöne Wohnung, leider nur etwas laut

Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte sich Ohrstöpsel mitbringen, da sich die Wohnung an einer Kreuzung und in einer belebten Ecke von Friedrichshain befindet. Die Schlafzimmer gehen nach vorne raus. Ansonsten ist die Altbauwohnung sehr angenehm und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum S-Bahnhof Ostkreuz. Die Vermieter sind wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns insgesamt richtig wohlgefühlt. Der Mietpreis ist unserer Meinung nach unschlagbar.
