"Nice old converted house. Good neighbourhood. Check in staff not available when I arrived despite being at a time they were meant to be there. Found a security guard who suggested I call the duty manager who was not on site - security guard let me in to room. Left after a few days while only ever having seen the security guard and occasionally someone on reception, who was not particularly helpful."

"We were shown to a room, it was not ready, we went for lunch and returned and upon close inspection the AC was not working, the bedsheets looked dirty. We immediately left the property and found another hotel for our two night stay. Your rating of 8.4/10 is deceiving. I would like to request a refund and recommend you re-evaluate the rating. "
