"This hotel is a budget hotel in city center of Berat. You pay a budget price. A few CONS: The hotel is old and the A/C unit did not work so if you go in summer make sure you check that out before settling in your room. The bathroom is like a RV bathroom, the water goes everywhere. The bed mattress, you can feel the springs but there is a heavy blanket you can use to help comfort.
