"16/9/26 reception at the hotel was very good, the lady was lovely. The room was ok a bit tired but ok, the bed was very nice. And then we went to the restaurant to order food omg I have never been through anything like it4 times I order food for them to tell me we don't have any. Basic mix grill, stakes, chicken,fish.not a good start. Then on the 17/9/26 we went back stake night booked a table for 19.00 to be told there is a 40 minute wait ok we had a drink food eventually arrived at 20.50....
"Typical older British hotel, adequate but not up to modern standards. Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff pleasant. Car park is around the back and is fine but it isn't that easy to find the way in.
Peeling wallpaper in my bedroom was a low point."
