Overall is a good stay

Location was not too far from food place but need to walk. Room is comfortable and nice and brand new building. But only have 2 park lot but able to park at the open space opposite. Overall, good experience.

One of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in. Spacious, fully furnished with large beds, dining table, sofa, large fridge and cooking facilities. This is a self-check-in hotel so you will have to fill up all the details yourself and use an intercom to talk to a service agent. Very limited parking of only two spaces. Limited shopping and dining options in the very quiet area.

It's a stylish hotel and the interior design is new and comfortable. However, the house keeping didn't do the job well. Potato chip under the sofa and the edge of cushion. The floor was not wiped, and some hairs found on my bedding. Table had juice residual (sticky). My room wifi not working. The most terrible area is the toilet, toilet board is not clean and ventilation is not working, the smell not disappear for 2 days. I really like the size and the setup of the room, but the cleaniness is terrible.

Good location and place, but bad customer service

Good location and place, but bad customer service. Clean place with beds, kitchenette, shower, and washing machine. A major hiccup - bad customer service. Unmanned accommodation, so had to contact customer service via the tablet in the lobby entrance for any issue. No hot water for shower on winter night. Customer service staff unhelpful and bad attitude. Claimed that we didn't follow instructions. Contacted Hotels.com customer service agent, equally bad. 1st agent tried to brush me off by saying that he would give me 67 bucks to end case. Literally treating me like a beggar. Had to get 2-3 agents for someone to get hotel staff to do the right thing. Ended up the room tablet (with all instructions) was spoilt when technician came to check heater. Technician who came by was helpful and took time to explain workaround approach and how to make things work.

New, modern property. Has a washing machine and a shower/bathroom that also acts as a clothes dryer. Close to train station and supermarket. No lift for 2nd floor. Though we didnt have a car, there was one available space that was free.

The property is exceptionally roomy with a mini-kitchen, shower room and washing machine. Shower serves as a drying room for clothing. Parking lot has only 3 spaces. Location is close to shopping and train station. Only complaint is that self check-in screen didn’t work and as people tried to check-in through the week they had to request assistance to be able to gain access. Overall though it’s a great value for a short or jong term stay.

施設自体は良かったのですが、トイレとお風呂の掃除状態が気になりました。トイレも自身で掃除したらきれいになったのでもう少しきちんと清掃してもらえればと感じました。 また、タオルの場所が最初分からなくて戸惑いました。

벳부에 다시 가면 여기서 다시 묵을 계획임

성인 4명의 가족여행이었는데 모두가 1방에 같이 지낼 수 있어서 좋았음. 새 건물인지 내부가 모두 깨끗했고, 넓직해서 전혀 불편이 없었음. 벳푸역에서 걸어다닐 거리라 편리. 가성비 훌륭함. 벳부에 다른 호텔 여럿 경험했는데 다음에도 여기서 다시 묵을 것 같음

総合的にはよかったし、洗濯機も置いてあってすごく便利でした！ また利用したいと思っておりますが、、、お風呂場とトイレの臭いが気になったのと、洗面台の流れが悪かったところで施設のコンディションは☆2をつけさせて頂きました。 駐車場が少ないのも難点で、もしこちらに泊まられるなら予め近くのパーキングを探しておいた方がよいです。

和室があったので０歳子連れ(ずりばいする)でも十分な広さでくつろげました。 お風呂場に椅子がないため子どもを洗うのは少し大変でした。排水口がサビなのか汚いのが目立ちました。 洗濯機、粉洗剤もあり浴室乾燥で乾かせたので大変助かりました。

空間夠，廁所有抽濕。 可惜有床蝨， 床單唔夠乾淨。 而且地點非常難搵， 附近街道有怪人乞錢， 青少年流連喺街頭，食煙又飲酒。 感覺有啲危險。
