"We stay here whenever in the Fayetteville area. I am so glad we found it. Recently we had a 90th birthday party for my father and other family members stayed as well. The grounds are amazing, historic and beautiful. Sitting outside by the mill on the back deck is a favorite. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. In our last stay, we wanted to share a bottle of wine with family. Rather than using the in room plastic cups or sacrifice our morning coffee cups, the staff provided...

"We had an excellent experience. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The bed was a bit noisy however. The A/C was also very loud and woke us up in the middle of the night."

"Hotel is in need of updating as very tired. The carpet seemed very dirty. The hotel is dark with the exception of the lobby area. The beds are very lumpy and the furniture is old. For a 500 per night visit, I would expect better. The only great thing is that it is walkable to area restaurants and to the campus for events. "
