"The hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The kitchen has basics and work well for breakfast and lunch. Close access to Moody Street is great for dinner. The room was very clean and the staff provided towels and sheets as needed. The only thing that could have been improved was booking and checking in. The hotel only opens bookings a few weeks at a time, which makes planning ahead a little bit harder. Our call to ask a question about the hotel before booking was unanswered...

"The hotel looks new and is clean. The staff are warm and friendly, the price represents a good value. There’s a gym and pool on site. The on-site restaurant is disappointing even by hotel standards. My main complaint is that housekeeping cleaned my room only three times during my five-day stay. Very disappointed in that. I see the housecleaning service as essential so I have rated my experience as merely okay overall."
