"Very Good staff, checkin, bar, breakfast. Shuttle To and from airport so with a two day stay, shuttled back to the airport and caught the Septa Train to the Jefferson Station downtown Philadelphia and caught the hop on hop bus. Also the indoor market is right across the street from the hop on hop off ticket stand. Great food in side like roast pork sandwiches and cheese steak sandwiches besides all other kinds of bakery stands etc."

"Beautiful hotel. Great location. But Lobby bar was always full and too close to actual hotel services,you have to walk past or through a crowd to get to the elevator. Plan different exit/entry if they have an event. Grab n go cafe in Lobby is more suited to outsiders than than hotel guests. And closes early."

"Convenient, walking distance to historic Philadelphia. Room was clean and well maintained. The light in the bathroom made it difficult to see in the mirror. Would definitely recommend a different type of light. Did not offer free breakfast. Restaurant served breakfast and it was ok but pricey. Parking was very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"In general, the hotel was great - it's a great location, the rooms were comfortable, and the amenities were spectacular. Having complimentary streaming services available on the in-room televisions were a first for me and very impressive. The main reason I'm withholding a star is that during check-in, there was a large line of guests waiting to check in and there was not enough staff available to attend to everyone. It was surprising to see a downtown hotel in a major city only have 2 attendants working."
