"Brand new hotel so all was clean and staff were great. Amenities and room set up were just what we needed. Parking was easy. Theres a gas station next door. Good stretch of restaurants etc nearby and close to the airport. Only complaint is that it's so noisy. You can hear every footstep in room above, every door slam in the hall and the toilet seats slam down (no soft close). Opt for top floor - it might help. We had 3 rooms and everyone said the same - noisy. Everything else was excellent, but peace and quiet it king when you need a traveler's rest."

"I was very dissatisfied with the cleanliness in the room. I found buggers on the bathroom wall on the left side is the mirror. Staff was ok but didn’t give me no info about how to shuttle back to the hotel after my trip to pick up my vehicle. Driver for shuttle van that evening was smoking weed right outside the hotels door where they park to pick up passengers, it gave me a massive headache just smelling it. I even had to say excuse me to the two young guys that were smoking the weed because they were blocking the sidewalk that goes to where my vehicle was parked. Very unhappy and unsatisfied to see employees smoking weed during working hours."

"The hotel was functionally very good. The lighting in the room was very sparse. There was no easy outlet to get to by the desk and there was no lamp or lighting there. The beds were great, comfortable with really nice bedding and pillows. Parking was easy. Staff was really good. I thought it was good value for what we paid."

"Hitel was nice and clean, beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Had called earlier in the day to see about early check in, was told it was no problem. Ended up hitting traffic so still didn't arrive until 3 which is when check in is. Was told they had no rooms available and it would be 30 mins. Check back 30 mins later, still no rooms available. We were going to a concert and needed to get ready so checked back another 30 mins later, still no rooms! We ended up getting ready in their lobby bathroom and then 20 minutes later our room was finally ready. Terrible check in experience and made us late for what we had planned. Nice hotel, but hire more help!"
