Saona Villas offers you this traditional air-conditioned Finca enjoying its private swimming pool and located in a quiet environment in the middle of vineyards and almond trees, with panoramic views extending to the sea.

Single storey villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is exterior). It is located just 10 minutes by car from the beaches and the town centers of Calpe and Benissa. From here you can enjoy magnificent views of the coast. With its private swimming pool, its terraces, its barbecue area for enjoying meals outdoors, this rental will be ideal for a relaxing holiday while enjoying the various attractions and activities of the coast.

Location and approximate distances: Beach 7 km. City center 7 km. Supermarket 7 km and restaurant 5 km.
