Eugeni - holiday home with private swimming pool in Benissa

This charming villa enjoys a sophisticated location on the Benissa coast, halfway between Moraira and Calpe. Both are famous tourist destinations thanks to their wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants on the seafront. The villa is located just 100 meters from Cala Advocat, where, in summer, we find a fun beach bar, sometimes with live music. There are also nearby tennis courts, bars and restaurants.

Villa Eugeni has parking for 1 car, from there, we access a spacious and sunny terrace with a private pool, sun loungers, a well-kept garden with palm trees and a barbecue area, perfect for the summer vacation experience thanks in part to its proximity to the beach, since it will not be necessary to take the car every day. The villa is made up of 2 levels, only connected by external stairs. The lower part is not rented, it remains closed and empty during the rental period.

At the top, there are two separate and identical apartments, each with a covered terrace from which we can enjoy our breakfast alongside panoramic views of the sea. The interior presents us with a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The washing machine is in the machine room, next to the parking place.
